Microbiological Requirements in Food Industries

The purpose of the program is to provide participants (General Managers, Production Managers, QC Managers, QA Managers, RD Managers and Supervisors) from Food Industry, with basic microbiology knowledge so that are able to determine the appropriate microbiological parameters to be controlled in their business and to prevent and radically resolve the various microbiological issues that arise.
